• Full background checks are done on all our tenant applicants. We are very thorough in selecting the right tenant for you.

Homeowners Insurance

• Protection against loss of rental income
• $5,000,000 comprehensive premises liability and additional coverage with only $1000 deductible on standard claims and $2500 deductible on water claims.
• Available for both residents and Non-residents

HST Rebate

• With your investment purchase, you are eligible for a rebate of a portion of the HST you pay on closing up to, $30,000. We can assist you in obtaining this refund after final closing.
