HST Rebate
  • When you purchase a new or substantially renovated residential rental property pre-construction from a builder, you will typically pay the Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) on the purchase price. However, you might be able to claim the New Residential Rental Property (NRRP) rebate for part of the GST or the federal portion of the HST. Typically, Menkes Rental Suites management can obtain rebates for our purchasers up to $30,000 on their preconstruction units under management services.
