Non Smoking Building -

216 units spread out over 26 storeys, residents have the potential to socialize as they please, while never getting lost in the shuffle.

Wycliffe Homes & Pinedale Properties Ltd. constructed the Mosaic Condos in 2008. Ever since, residents have not only enjoyed their comfortable, contemporary condos, but also the perks that come along with them. These amenities include simple features such as visitor parking and a gym and party room, but also many added bonuses that not all condo owners are privy to: a concierge, guest suites, a rooftop terrace, and a movie theatre room.

And to top it all off, music lovers will love hearing about what is right next door: the Jimi Hendrix Sculpture Garden. This garden, located between 736 Spadina and the Miles Nadal JCC, was created (and named) by city developer David Green in 2013.

Area Amenities

The Neighbourhood
With its location in the heart of The Annex, on the northern edge of downtown Toronto and right beside the University of Toronto, the Mosaic Condos is set within a lively, bustling, and even affordable neighbourhood. Plus, this locale at the corner of Spadina and Bloor is also convenient as can be.

For one, the JCC right next door boasts a swimming pool and gym, as well as educational and cultural events. Just beyond the JCC, on Bloor West, is an expansive Metro and an equally large Bulk Barn, where residents can purchase whatever they need before they head home to cook up a storm.

In terms of culture and entertainment, homeowners living at 736 Spadina can head over to the Bata Shoe Museum, the Royal Ontario Museum, or the Gardiner Museum in order to spend a day indoors. Alternatively, the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema is also a short walk away, where movie-going doubles as learning.

Just west of the Annex, residents can find Korea Town, where shopkeepers sell imported goods and restaurants serve up authentic Korean grub. And to the east, things take a turn for the glamorous in Yorkville. Here, window-shopping is more common than actual spending, thanks to the high-end, designer boutiques that grace the area.
