- Full background checks are done on all our tenant applicants. We are very thorough in selecting the right tenant for you.

- $5,000,000 comprehensive premises liability and additional coverage with only $1000 deductible on standard claims.
- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) – with direct communication and access to your Menkes customer care team, as will act on your behalf for Tarion, the Ontario New Home Warranty Program, to inspect the Condominium unit for deficiencies and to ensure construction was completed as per your agreement of purchase and sale.
We can complete all the necessary inspections and forms in your absence and during the tenancy.
- With your investment purchase, you are eligible for a rebate of a portion of the HST you pay on closing up to, $30,000. We can assist you in obtaining this refund.
